Terms of Service

1. Who we are

These terms (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website www.maissonprints.comand any purchase you make through it (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Merchant of record

Payments on this site are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd (Paddle), acting as the Merchant of Record for our digital and physical goods. Paddle handles payment, tax collection, chargebacks, and refunds. By purchasing from us you also agree to Paddle's Buyer Terms.

3. The products we sell

We sell two kinds of products:

• Digital downloads— high-resolution print-ready files delivered instantly to your account after payment.
• Physical prints— posters and framed prints, printed and shipped worldwide through our print-on-demand partner, Prodigi. Production and shipping typically take 5–10 business days, plus carrier delivery time.

4. Licence on digital files

When you purchase a digital file, we grant you a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive licence to use the file for personal and small-scale commercial purposes, subject to the full conditions described on our Licence page. You do not acquire ownership of the underlying artwork. You may not redistribute or resell the file as-is.

5. Orders and pricing

Prices are shown in USD unless otherwise indicated. Paddle may apply local sales tax, VAT, or GST at checkout based on your location. All amounts are final once payment is completed, subject to the refund policy below.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including pricing errors, suspected fraud, or inability to deliver.

6. Delivery

Digital. You receive an email with a link to your download as soon as payment is confirmed by Paddle. Downloads remain available in your account for as long as your account is active.

Physical.Production begins once payment is confirmed. Expected timeline: 5–10 business days for production, plus the standard shipping time for your country. We'll email you tracking information when your print ships.

Shipping is free worldwide. Import duties or customs charges in your country (if any) are your responsibility.

7. Refunds and cancellations

Digital downloads.Because downloads are delivered immediately and cannot be “returned”, we do not offer refunds on digital purchases once the file has been accessed, except where required by law. If you have a problem with a file (corruption, incorrect file, etc.), please contact us and we'll fix it.

Physical prints. If your print arrives damaged, defective, or lost in transit, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos and order number. We will reprint and reship at no cost, or issue a full refund. Because prints are produced to order, we cannot accept returns of items you simply changed your mind about.

Refunds are processed by Paddle and typically appear on your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

8. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in email address secure. We use passwordless sign-in via one-time codes delivered to your email, so access to your inbox means access to your account. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact us immediately.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense our digital files as-is.
• Use any file in a way that violates the licence on the Licence page.
• Attempt to circumvent the download system, scrape the catalog, or probe the Service for vulnerabilities.
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose.

10. Intellectual property

All artwork on this site is © Maisson Prints. The brand, site design, photography, and software are protected by copyright and trademark law. Your purchase grants you only the specific licence set out on the Licence page— no other rights are transferred.

11. Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement. Colour reproduction on physical prints may differ slightly from on-screen previews due to monitor calibration and printing processes.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you in connection with the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make a material change, we'll update the “Effective date” above. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Israel, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Tel Aviv, Israel, unless your local consumer-protection law gives you a different right.
