Shipping policy
1. What we ship
We sell two kinds of products:
- Digital downloads— high-resolution print-ready files delivered instantly to your account after payment. No physical shipment.
- Physical prints— posters and framed prints, produced to order and shipped through our print-on-demand partner Prodigi.
2. Delivery timeline (physical prints)
Production begins once payment is confirmed.
- Production— typically 5–10 business days.
- Shipping— additional carrier time depending on your destination country. We'll email you a tracking number when your print ships.
Delays may occur during high-volume periods, public holidays, or for destinations served by smaller carriers.
3. Shipping cost
Shipping is freeon every physical order we can fulfil to your destination — we absorb the carrier cost, whatever the order size. (A few framed-print destinations are the exception; see below.)
4. Country availability
Digital downloads and posters are available everywhere. Framed prints travel through heavier carriers, so a few destinations are currently the exception:
- Framed prints aren't available to Israel, Canada, or South Korea yet. Posters and digital downloads remain fully available to those countries.
- The largest framed sizes(20×28, 24×30 and 24×36 in) aren't available to Japan or Singapore yet; smaller framed sizes, posters and digital downloads are.
We're working to widen this as carrier options improve. The storefront always checks availability and tells you before you pay, so you're never charged for something we can't ship.
5. Customs, duties, and import taxes
Import duties or customs charges in your country (if any) are your responsibility. We declare orders at their actual paid value.
6. Lost, delayed, or damaged shipments
If your print is lost in transit, badly delayed beyond the expected carrier window, or arrives damaged, contact us within 14 days of delivery (or 30 days from the original ship date for a non-arrival) at support@maissonprints.com (or by phone on +972 3 376 1086during Israeli business hours) with your order number and photos if it's damaged. We'll look into it with you and put it right — in most cases a fresh reprint and reship at no cost, or another fair resolution if a reprint isn't the right answer. Details on our Refunds page.
7. Digital deliveries
Digital downloads are delivered by email and remain available in your account for as long as the account is active. If your download link fails or the file is corrupted, contact us and we will resend.
